No room to hold on = situating yourself closer to the door = no room to SQUEEZE onto a crowded train = people shuffling and pushing on = train in station longer = YOU LATE FOR WORK. And if YOU are the pole leaner, then YOU complain the loudest. If P Then Q. :-)
